Prepaid Box Plans

The full price of the plan is charged at the time of purchase.

Prepaid box plans do not automatically renew, and no recurring charges will occur unless a new order is placed by the customer.

Future deliveries are dispatched according to the delivery schedule displayed on the product page.

Some long-time customers may still receive monthly boxes under earlier arrangements created before our current prepaid plan system was introduced. These existing arrangements continue according to the terms originally agreed with those customers.

Condition
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless unopened and unused:

personalised or custom items
opened consumables (treats or chews)
grooming or hygiene-related products
items used by a pet

Refund approval timeframe
We will notify you of approval status within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
