Happy Paws Pack is a local Australian business dedicated to bringing joy, play, and tail wags to dogs across the country. You can either shop your favourite dog products directly or choose from one of our tailored subscription packs.
Each box includes a mix of all-natural treats and high-quality toys, carefully hand-selected and road-tested for safety, fun, and stimulation.

Each box contains toys and treats based on your dog’s play style, chewing preferences and dietary needs, with the single aim of making them happy and healthy. You have six different boxes to choose from.

About Waggly Snacks
Where are your treats made?
Waggly Snacks are Aussie-made treats with only one ingredient. No sugar, no grains, no preservatives, no chemicals, and no fillers. Just Australian meat, air-dried raw for maximum nutrition.
How long are the treats good for, once I open the bag?
Most treats have a shelf life of 6-12 months but please refer to the consume by date on the bag.
Managing My Happy Paws Subscription Box
How do I access my account?
You can log in by visiting this link then, enter your registered email address and password, and click “Sign In.”
How do I change my shipping address?
Easy! You can change your shipping address by logging into your Happy Paws Pack account if you have already set this up. You can also send our Customer Happiness Team a message at hello@happypawspack.com.au.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay using Paypal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
When will my payment be processed?
Your first payment will be processed when you sign up. This lets us send your first box out to you straight away. After that, you will be billed every month on the same date of your subscription. You can always change these dates by getting in touch with us at hello@happypawspack.com.au.
Can I change what’s in the box?
You can change the box type you’re on if the toys or treats you’re getting don't match your dog’s needs. The easiest way to change your box type is to email us at hello@happypawspack.com.au.
What if my dog has food allergies or a special diet?
When you sign up, you’ll be given an option to tell us more about your dog’s dietary needs. We then only send you treats that suit. You can change this any time during your subscription if it needs to be updated.
Does my subscription continue after my minimum plan has ended?
Yes, it does. Once your subscription has expired and you did not cancel your subscription, you will be transitioned to a month-to-month plan at the same price you originally signed up for. You have the flexibility to manage your subscription, including the ability to cancel by logging in to your account.
How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your account provided that you have already fulfilled the minimum term of your subscription.

Can I cancel or change my order?
As of right now, customers can’t edit or cancel orders online once it’s been processed but feel free to contact us with complete details on any changes you’d like to make. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.
Can I change the delivery address?
If it’s for a recent order you just made, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your address for you. To update your shipping address on file, you can manage your shop account here or you can send us an email at hello@happypawspack.com.au.
How do I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. You can also check the status by logging into your Happy Paws Pack account. If you have any questions, please send an email to hello@happypawspack.com.au.
Can I add items to my order?
You will not be able to add items to your order if it has been processed already. Please send an email to hello@happypawspack.com.au.
Shipping and Returns
How much does shipping cost?
If you sign up for one of our monthly subscription boxes, shipping is free on all plans.
If you are a non-subscription box customer, standard shipping costs a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide. Express Post is calculated at checkout via Australia Post MyPost Business Express Post rates.
When will my orders be shipped?
Orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 12 pm AEST, or the next business day if placed later.
You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
We don’t ship on weekends or Victorian public holidays.
How long will my delivery take?
For delivery time frames, you can check our shipping policy.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
We work really closely with our couriers to give you an excellent experience, but sometimes parcels get delayed or go missing.
If your order hasn’t arrived please check your email account for a tracking email from us, which contains a link so you can see your order’s shipping status. If it looks like there is a problem we recommend contacting the courier directly as this is usually the fastest. However, we are absolutely happy to do this for you if you prefer - just email hello@happypawspack.com.au or live chat us and we can help.
Can I get a refund if the item is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if it was sent incorrectly, please send us an email at hello@happypawspack.com.au and attach a photo of the item. We will initiate the refund process as soon as we hear from you.
How do I return a damaged /defective item?
We always do our best to deliver 100% happiness to you and your dogs, but if something arrives in less than perfect condition, send us an email at hello@happypawspack.com.au explaining the situation and include photos. We will then send you a return label you can print and use to send the item back to us. You have the option to get another one sent or a refund. Just let us know!
