Where are your products made?

We stock a mix of products from Australia and overseas. All treats are 100% Australian-made, while toys come from a range of reputable international brands (see Toy FAQ below). Waggly Snacks treats are made in Australia using local ingredients.

Are your toys safe for dogs?

Yes. All toys in our range are carefully selected from trusted brands and tested for safety and durability. However, no toy is indestructible, so we always recommend supervising your dog during play.

Where are your toys made?

We stock a mix of high-quality dog toy brands from both Australia and overseas.

Some toys in the Waggly range are designed in Australia and, like most dog toy brands industry-wide, are manufactured internationally through trusted partners.

Can I cancel or change my one-time order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll update or cancel it for you.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Yes — as long as the order hasn’t been fulfilled. Email us and we’ll happily help.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email. You can also check your order history in your customer account.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes — if the order has not been dispatched. Email us immediately and we’ll update it.

What if something I ordered is out of stock?

If a product becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement or refund.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $10 Australia-wide for one-time purchases. All subscription boxes come with free shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro: 2–6 business days
  • Regional/Rural: 3–10 business days

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order is delayed or missing, email us with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.

Can I get a refund if my item is damaged or faulty?

Yes. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund it in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please send a photo and your order number.

How do I return a damaged or defective item?

Our team will advise the quickest solution — replacement, refund, or store credit. Return postage is covered in most cases.

What if my dog doesn’t like a product?

We want every pup to be happy. If something isn’t a hit, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Where are your treats made?

All treats are 100% Australian-made using locally sourced ingredients. Our Waggly Snacks range uses single-ingredient, air-dried meats — no sugar, grains, preservatives, fillers, or chemicals.

What ingredients are in your treats?

Most treats are made from one simple ingredient: Australian meat, air-dried raw to lock in nutrition.

How long do treats last once opened?

Most treats last 6–12 months. Please check the Best Before date printed on each bag.

How should I store the treats?

Keep treats in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal tightly or store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Are your treats suitable for dogs with allergies?

Many are single-ingredient proteins, which can be easier for dogs with sensitivities. However, because every pup is different, we recommend checking with your veterinarian before introducing new treats if your dog has known allergies or medical conditions.

How do I change my box type?

How do I update my shipping address?

Just email us and we’ll take care of it for you.

What payment options do I have?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

When is my payment processed?

Your first payment is processed when you sign up. After that, billing occurs on the same date each month unless you ask us to update it.

What if my dog has allergies or dietary needs?

Tell us during sign-up and we’ll only include treats that match your dog’s requirements. If anything changes, email us anytime and we’ll update your box.

Does my subscription continue after the minimum plan has ended?

Yes — after the minimum term, your plan moves to a flexible month-to-month subscription. You can cancel or make changes anytime by emailing us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email info@happypawspack.com.au and our team will cancel it once your minimum term is completed. There are no cancellation fees.
