Payment Methods
At Happy Paws Pack, we highly value your safety and convenience. We offer several secure payment methods designed to provide a smooth and reliable checkout experience.
All payments are processed through trusted and compliant payment providers and meet Australian security and privacy standards.
We do not charge any additional payment processing fees. The total price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.
1. Credit and Debit Cards
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
We accept major credit and debit cards issued in Australia and internationally. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, our trusted payment gateway.
How it works
- Select Credit or Debit Card at checkout.
- Enter your card details in the secure payment window.
- Your transaction is encrypted and processed instantly.
- You will receive a payment confirmation and order summary via email once approved.
Shopify Payments uses industry-standard encryption and fraud protection to ensure your payment details remain secure.
2. Shop Pay
Shop Pay offers a faster checkout experience by allowing customers to securely save their payment and shipping details for future purchases.
How it works
- Choose Shop Pay at checkout.
- Confirm your payment using your stored details.
- Your order will be processed instantly.
3. PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, linked credit card, or bank account without sharing your financial details directly with us.
How it works
- Select PayPal at checkout.
- You will be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm the payment.
- Once completed, you will return to our website and receive your order confirmation.
PayPal may apply its own fees depending on your PayPal account or payment method. These fees are determined by PayPal and are outside of our control.
4. Apple Pay and Google Pay
For compatible devices and browsers, customers can also complete purchases using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
These payment methods use secure tokenised encryption to protect your payment details.
How it works
- Choose Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout.
- Confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
- Your payment is processed instantly.
Payment for Prepaid Box Plans
Some Happy Paws Pack products are offered as prepaid box plans.
These plans are paid upfront at the time of purchase and include a fixed number of scheduled deliveries (for example, 3 or 6 boxes).
The full price of the plan is charged at checkout.
Prepaid box plans do not automatically renew, and no further payments will be taken unless a new order is placed by the customer.
Future deliveries are scheduled according to the dispatch schedule shown on the product page.
Existing Monthly Box Customers
Some long-time Happy Paws Pack customers may still receive monthly boxes under earlier arrangements created before our current prepaid plan system was introduced.
These existing arrangements continue according to the terms originally agreed with those customers.
New customers cannot sign up for monthly billing through our website. All new box purchases are prepaid plans with a fixed number of deliveries.

Security and Protection
Your security is our highest priority.
All transactions on our website are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payment providers use advanced fraud detection and prevention systems to protect against unauthorized transactions.
