Happy Paws Pack (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website happypawspack.com.au (the “Site”).
We aim to provide a seamless, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for all customers across Australia.


Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping:
Flat rate of $10 Australia-wide for shop orders.

Express Shipping:
Calculated at checkout using Australia Post MyPost Business Express rates.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping applies to all Subscription Boxes across Australia.

All shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your order.


Shipping Range

Delivery Area:
We currently ship within Australia only.

International Shipping:
Not offered at this time.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST are processed the next business day.
  • We do not ship on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

You will receive:
1️⃣ An order confirmation email once your order is placed.
2️⃣ A shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

We ship primarily with Australia Post. Some orders may be delivered via Couriers Please or Aramex if they provide a faster route.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or peak seasonal periods.


Shipping Process

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.
  • Deliveries can be made to residential, business, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.
  • If you are not home, your parcel may be left in a safe place or taken to a collection point.
  • Signature on delivery can be requested at checkout if preferred.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.

If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@happypawspack.com.au.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
  • Lost parcels: If your parcel is lost or delayed, reach out to us with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.
