Cancellation policy

At Happy Paws Pack, we aim to keep things simple and transparent for our customers.

Orders

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and dispatched.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@happypawspack.com.au.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Prepaid Delivery Plans

Some Happy Paws Pack products are offered as prepaid delivery plans that include a fixed number of scheduled box deliveries (for example, 3 or 6 deliveries).

Prepaid plans are paid in full at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew once all deliveries have been completed.

Because prepaid plans are offered at a discounted price, they are intended to be fulfilled over the selected delivery period.

Once the first box in a prepaid plan has been dispatched, the remaining boxes in the plan are not eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
