Are your toys safe for dogs?

Yes. All toys are carefully selected from reputable brands and tested for safety and durability.

However, no dog toy is indestructible, so we always recommend supervising your dog during play.

We stock a range of high-quality dog toy brands from Australia and overseas.

Some toys in the Waggly range are designed in Australia and manufactured internationally through trusted partners, which is standard across the pet toy industry.

All Happy Paws Pack orders are shipped via Australia Post.

$10 Australia-wide for one-time purchases.

Express shipping:
Available at checkout via Australia Post, with pricing calculated based on your delivery address.

Prepaid dog box plans:
Free standard shipping Australia-wide.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Standard shipping

Metro areas: 2–6 business days
Regional & rural areas: 3–10 business days

Express shipping

Faster delivery times apply and are calculated by Australia Post at checkout.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking link by email.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order is delayed or missing, please email us with your order number and we’ll investigate with Australia Post as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund if my item is damaged or faulty?

Yes. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund it in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Please email us with your order number and a photo.

How do I return a damaged or defective item?

Our team will advise the quickest solution — replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return postage is covered in most cases.

What if my dog doesn’t like a product?

We want every pup to be happy. If something isn’t a hit, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

Because treats are consumable products, opened treat items cannot be returned.

Where are your treats made?

All treats are 100% Australian-made using locally sourced ingredients.

Our Waggly Snacks range features single-ingredient, air-dried meats with no sugar, grains, preservatives, fillers, or chemicals.

What ingredients are in your treats?

Most treats contain just one simple ingredient: Australian meat, gently air-dried to retain nutrients.

How long do treats last once opened?

Most treats last 6–12 months.

Please refer to the Best Before date on each bag.

How should I store the treats?

Store in a cool, dry place.

Once opened, reseal tightly or store in an airtight container.

Are your treats suitable for dogs with allergies?

Many are single-ingredient proteins, which may suit dogs with sensitivities.

If your dog has known allergies or medical conditions, we recommend checking with your vet before introducing new treats.

About our Dog Boxes

Our dog boxes include toys and treats selected based on your dog’s size, play style, chewing strength, and dietary needs.

You can choose between:
• One-time boxes
• Prepaid multi-box plans

Each box is thoughtfully curated and packed with care.

What box types are available?

We offer several box styles, including:

• Puppy
• Original
• Active
• Power Chewer
• Toy-Only
• Treat-Only

Each option includes a curated mix of toys and/or treats depending on the selection.

How do prepaid plans work?

Prepaid plans allow you to pay upfront for multiple boxes at a discounted rate.

Your boxes are then shipped monthly according to our delivery schedule.

Prepaid plans do not automatically renew.

When will my prepaid boxes ship?

Your first box will be dispatched via Australia Post within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

All following boxes are shipped on our fixed Monthly Dispatch Date: the 15th of each month, also via Australia Post.


You’ll receive tracking details once your box is on its way.

Can I update allergies or preferences?

Yes. Simply email us before your next scheduled shipment and we’ll adjust your upcoming box where possible.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. Prepaid plans end automatically after the final box in your selected plan has been delivered.
